Upon completion of the boaters education course, we will e-file your proof of completion electronically. The state will issue your California Boater Card. Your permanent California Boater Card will arrive within 7-10 business days of course completion, but you can print a temporary, 90-day card that will be emailed to you within 1-3 hours of course completion. Your California Boater Card is recognized in all U.S. states and Canada.
